We service desktop PC's, laptops, and servers of all makes and models. We
support all operating systems from Windows 98 to the latest Windows 7, and
we even support Mac OS X. Although we provide support for all computer
issues, below are some of the more common issues we see. If you are
experiencing a problem not listed please gives us a call, chances are we can fix
it! If we can't, we'll make sure you get to the right person who can!

When a computer is brought into one of our stores it is placed in our "first come, first serve" queue. Although we are
able to work on 8+ PC's simultaneously, sometimes a queue is formed and your computer may not be worked on right
away. We make every effort to prevent this but it does happen. If you are in need of immediate repair we offer an
"expedited service" which moves your computer to the front of the queue to be worked on by a dedicated tech. Feel

Yes, we do! We can upgrade just about anything on your PC from your ram or
your hard drive to your motherboard. We will listen to why you are interested
in getting an upgrade and help you determine the best course of action to get
the results you're looking for. Feel free to stop by a store or give us a call for a
quote! Please note: For all hardware upgrades, payment will be required up
front and the typical delivery time for the requested parts is 7-10 days unless
back ordered.
